Personal Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a well-established, family-owned insurance agency. The Person al Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing personal lines accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the agency.

• Salary Range
  : $60,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience)
• Paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

• Provide comprehensive servicing for personal lines accounts, including home, auto, umbrella, and other standard policies.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, utilizing a round-robin servicing approach.
• Quote and process new and renewal business efficiently and accurately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members.
• Utilize Agency Management software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and client satisfaction.

• Licensure
  :
  Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience
  :
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
  • Open to candidates with captive insurance experience.
• Technical Skills
  :
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
