Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a well-established, family‑owned insurance agency. With decades of industry success and a strong reputation for client service, the organization offers a supportive environment, excellent culture, and long‑term stability. The Person al Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing personal lines accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the agency.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience)
- Paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive servicing for personal lines accounts, including home, auto, umbrella, and other standard policies.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, utilizing a round‑robin servicing approach.
- Quote and process new and renewal business efficiently and accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members.
- Utilize Agency Management software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and client satisfaction.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Licensure:
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. - Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
- Open to candidates with captive insurance experience.
- Technical
Skills:- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
