The position is responsible for providing the best possible service of food and beverage to all Guests by providing timely and courteous food and beverage service. The ability to serve guests in a warm and gracious manner while anticipating their needs is key to success in this role.

The server's responsibilities include:

• Completes all assigned side work prior to the beginning and ending of shift. Perform all cleaning assignments as assigned.
• Taking and delivering orders in a gracious and efficient manner
• Full menu knowledge, including ingredients and preparation techniques
• Ability to sell and upsell all menus
• Knowledgeable about entire property, including all scheduled activities, group functions, food and beverage outlets, entertainment, and hours of operation of all activities, events, and outlet

Compensation

Employee Type:
Tipped and Hourly

Salary Minimum: $20.80 inclusive of gratuities
