Inside Sales Support

Role You Will Play:

In this role, the Inside Sales Support individual will focus on 100% customer satisfaction while working with builders, contractors, architects, and homeowners. You will utilize your expertise in Interior Millwork, Architectural Mouldings, Stairs, and Doors to assist each customer with their project needs. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone or walk-in, assessing customer’s needs, determining product availability, preparing quotes and estimates, providing appropriate pricing and order entry, and loading customer vehicles as needed.
