** Union Represented Position**
- -Operates primary and secondary fault locating equipment and locates failures, principally on overhead and URD systems, and occasionally on the underground system when necessary.
- -Operates switching devices on overhead systems, pad-mount equipment, and occasionally in manholes and vaults when necessary
- -Clears faulty and unsafe conditions including maintaining or restoring electrical service
- -Connects, disconnects and operates portable transformers, generators and temporary primary jumpers to restore service under emergency or urgent conditions
- -Replaces failed single phase transformers
