Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Are you an experienced coordinator who can manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive, professional approach within a supportive team? We are looking for a skilled Service Coordinator to join our busy Service Delivery Team in Chipping Sodbury, supporting the delivery of essential in‑house gas services to our customers. This is a part‑time, office‑based role working 24.5 hours per week.
The working pattern is:
- Monday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
You will work closely with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
What You’ll Get- £30,572.91 per year (pro rata), with annual review

- Planning daily schedules for heating engineers and coordinating the end‑to‑end delivery of services and repairs
- Allocating emergency, urgent, and routine work to engineers effectively
- Monitoring service requests, job progress, and productivity using digital scheduling platforms
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding service issues
- Ensuring all operational processes meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Assisting with the compilation of performance reports, including KPIs and customer satisfaction data
