We're looking for energetic, confident individuals to support pupils as Learning Support Assistants. Your PE background will be a huge asset, especially when it comes to building relationships, encouraging participation, and supporting behaviour in a positive, active way.

• Supporting pupils in lessons, helping them stay focused and involved
• Using your energy and creativity to keep learners engaged
• Working 1:1 or with small groups who need extra support
• Encouraging positive behaviour and building strong relationships
• Supporting both classroom learning and active sessions
• Helping create a fun, structured, and inclusive environment

• A background in sport, coaching, or PE
• Confidence working with children or young people
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to motivate
• Patience, resilience, and a calm approach under pressure
• A team‑player attitude and willingness to learn

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
