This teaching assistant post at The White House School, an independent specialist school, supports pupils across the curriculum and the wider school. The core of the work is direct support for pupils, including 1:1 support and interventions, alongside teaching professionals. Hours are 8.30am to 3.45pm across four days, with one later finish until 4.30pm.

- Work directly with pupils to support their learning
- Provide 1:1 support and interventions for pupils
- Confidence and resilience
- Excellent communication skills
- Eye for detail
- Enhanced DBS check
- Other relevant checks with statutory bodies
- Pre-employment checks and references
- Declaration of relevant convictions, cautions and other matters if shortlisted
