Assistant Management Accountant

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Assistant Management Accountant to join our finance team. The role supports accurate financial reporting, drives continuous improvement across accounting processes, and works closely with internal stakeholders to provide insight and maintain data integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately post journals and upload them into ERP systems in a timely manner.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, identifying and addressing risks.
- Support quarter‑by‑quarter forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
- Apply accounting principles and sound judgement to resolve financial issues.
- Develop strong knowledge of accounting standards and ERP systems.
- Investigate non‑standard or complex transactions and recommend solutions.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis on financial discrepancies and present clear outcomes.
- Respond promptly and effectively to accounting queries.
- Provide clear, accurate, and meaningful financial information to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Actively studying towards a recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
