Senior Finance Business Partner

• Preparation of monthly management accounts including accruals & pre-payments.
• Monitor budgets against actual performance, analysing and explaining variances.
• Forecast expenditure and income for the financial year.
• Produce financial reports and information for managers across the company.
• Liaise with and support operational budget managers to enable them to manage their budgets effectively.
• Prepare costings for new services and support projects as necessary.
• Interpret and explain a variety of routine and more complex financial information to a variety of audiences.
• Assist in the preparation of statutory annual accounts
• Provide line management support to one Management Accountant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Finance team as a Senior Finance Business Partner.

Working closely with operational budget managers, you will provide support with budgeting, preparation and monitoring of monthly management accounts, forecasting expenditure and costing projects and proposals. You should have management accounting experience and be able to supervise junior staff members. We operate hybrid working with an expectation of being office based at our Headquarters in Yate for 2 days a week.
