Gerrell & Hard is building a new Technical Help Desk in Yate to deliver best-in-class support for our proprietary hardware systems. You will triage issues, diagnose root causes, and ensure timely field service deployment when needed, acting as the technical backbone of the aftersales operation.
Reporting to the Head of Aftersales, you will help design processes, establish standards, and shape the team as the function grows.
