We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a FMCG manufacturing site in Bristol. You will be responsible for leading a maintenance team that will be carrying out maintenance , fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of equipment and facilities including all of the production and packaging lines ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Working on a Monday
- Friday day shift pattern, you will play a key role in reducing downtime, improving reliability, and supporting production performance across the site.

• Management experience within an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast paced industrial factory.
• Team Leadership / Supervisory experience
• Experience with in manufacturing
• Experience with management

• Hands-on experience
• Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Management experience

• Experience working as a Maintenance Manager within the UK.
• Supervisory experience
• Previous experience within FMCG, food, beverage or packaging environments.
