Assembly Fitter

• Up to £30,000 per annum plus overtime.

Based in South Gloucestershire

• Permanent position working 7am to 16:30pm (45 hrs per week) Mon to Fri.

We have a new and exciting opportunity for an Assembler / Furniture Technician to join our successful client based in Pucklechurch, South Gloucestershire.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and working as part of a small warehouse and assembly team, this role will suit someone with strong practical and mechanical fitting skills, with the ability to use hand tools and power tools.

A full UK driving licence would be ideal, but is not essential.

• Picking components to dispatch to suppliers
• Processing goods in
• Assembling and fitting products to a high standard
• Some prototype and quality work
• Some warehouse duties
• Liaising with customers
• Possible travel to customer sites

• Previous experience in an assembly or fitting role, either within a mechanical or production environment.
• Experience of upholstering furniture or similar is ideal but not essential.
• Ability to produce work to a high standard and meet timescales.
