South Gloucestershire Council is seeking Social Worker or Advanced Social Worker to join the Adult Social Care Review team in a dual‑graded, hybrid role. You will deliver high‑quality statutory reviews to improve outcomes, promote independence and wellbeing for adults with care needs.
You will manage caseloads, conduct needs assessments and safeguarding work, while collaborating with partners across health and the voluntary sector. A DBS check is required and a full driving licence is expected.
