We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service & Fleet Co‑ordinator to join a leading used van retailer with operations across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to contribute to a reputable organisation within the automotive sector. Our client is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining efficient fleet operations, and they are keen to appoint a Customer Service & Fleet Co‑ordinator to support their head office and showroom in the Bath area.

- Manage customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Handle vehicle warranty registrations, claims, and associated administration
- Monitor and respond to online reviews to uphold company reputation
- Coordinate vehicle collections, deliveries, and driver scheduling to optimise logistics
- Oversee fleet maintenance scheduling, including servicing, MOTs, and repairs
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems consistently
- Support FCA and Consumer Duty compliance administration
- Produce regular reports on customer satisfaction, operational activities, and fleet performance
- Liaise with management to improve service processes and operational efficiency
- Previous experience within automotive customer service, aftersales, operations, or fleet coordination is essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- IT literacy with proficiency in CRM and fleet management systems
- Full UK driving licence with minimal points
- Ability to work effectively within a fast‑paced environment, prioritising tasks efficiently
