Join Our Team as an HGV Driver

We’re looking for reliable and professional HGV Drivers to join our transport team. If you hold a Class 1 or Class 2 licence and want to be part of a business that values safety, service, and teamwork, we’d love to hear from you.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Hours of Work: 45 Hours per week + 3 nights out minimum per week, paid at £30.00 per night.

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team in transporting bulk products between ports, mills, and farms. You’ll play a key role in the supply chain, ensuring timely and compliant movement of raw materials, Dry and moist blends and working as part of a fast-paced logistics team.

• Operate tipper lorries for bulk product transport
• 3 nights out a week minimum
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and completing daily checks
• Handling delivery paperwork and customer interactions professionally
• Supporting operational efficiency and minimising waste
• Using onboard systems and digital logs accurately
• Requires attention to detail and strong Health & Safety awareness

• A valid Class 1 or Class 2 licence
• Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
• Strong communication and time management skills
• A professional, courteous, and safety-conscious approach
• Flexibility to work various shifts including early, late, and tramping
• A proactive mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Overtime Pay: £21.75 per hour after 45 hours per week
• Double Time: £29.00 per hour on Sundays and Bank Holidays
• Work Schedule:
  
  4-day week rota with overtime available
• Part-time positions available
• Paid Driver CPC, licence medical fees, forklift licence, and HGV licence upgrades
