Project Construction Coordinator Yellowknife

Coordinate environmental remediation and construction projects with WSP in Yellowknife, supporting field delivery, contractors, and project documentation across Northern Canada.
This intermediate Project / Construction Coordinator supports environmental remediation, mine closure, and construction projects. You will assist project managers with planning, scheduling, procurement, project controls, and stakeholder coordination. The work includes remote project logistics and field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate construction, remediation, and field activities
Support planning, scheduling, procurement, and project controls
Monitor progress, safety, quality, and contractor performance
Maintain reports, logs, minutes, registers, and tracking tools
Coordinate clients, contractors, communities, regulators, and technical teams
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in a related discipline
Two to five years supporting relevant projects
Experience coordinating contractors, schedules, budgets, and documentation
Ability to interpret technical drawings and contract documents
Microsoft Office proficiency and strong stakeholder management skills
