The City of Yellowknife seeks a diligent Administrative Assistant for its Sustainability and Solid Waste Management team. Ideal candidates will hold an administrative certification and have two years of pertinent experience. You will manage tipping fees, conduct data entry, and engage in public relations supporting local initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out various clerical and administrative tasks
• Record tipping fees for the Solid Waste Facility
• Conduct public relations and data entry activities
• Interact professionally with internal and external clients
• Potential weekend shifts as required
Requirements:
• Certificate or equivalent in administration
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Class 5 Driver's License required
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
