As a Facility Administrator, you will handle administration, inventory management, and compliance reporting while ensuring customers receive top-notch service.
Your role is crucial in maintaining operations as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily operations, admin tasks, and inventory management
• Act as the first point of contact for vendors and customers
• Manage order entries, invoicing, and shipment schedules
• Assist with safety inspections and documentation
• Provide general office support to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
• Experience with Microsoft Office; SAGE knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
• Critical thinker capable of handling pressure
• Previous experience in administrative or operational roles
