Position: Administrator for CBC Team
Join CBC/Radio-Canada as an Administrator in Yellowknife, where your organizational capabilities will shine. This full-time position is essential for supporting regional operations and employee management.

Based on-site, you'll work with CBC North to provide confidential administrative support, including payment processing and contract management. The ideal candidate should excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while demonstrating discretion and judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee employee payment documentation and claims

• Support staffing processes at all CBC North locations

• Maintain calendars and travel arrangements for senior staff

• Liaise with HR on collective agreements and employee inquiries

• Draft contracts and manage onboarding experiences for new hires

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a relevant administrative role

• Post-secondary education in business or comparable experience

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficient with MS Office and Google Docs software

• Familiarity with Northern cultures and languages is advantageous
