Addictions Treatment Program Officer NWT

Join the Government of the Northwest Territories as a Program Officer for Facility Based Addictions Treatment. This role focuses on policy development and financial administration to enhance client care.

The Program Officer plays a key role in developing and maintaining policies, procedures, contracts, and agreements for the FBAT services. Key Responsibilities:

• Support policy and procedure development for FBAT services

Requirements:

• Diploma in mental health or human services discipline

• Two years of relevant program or financial administration experience

• Background in psychology, social work, or public health is preferred

• Proven ability to handle urgent client needs and complex cases

• Strong analytical and communication skills
