Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate heavy Hoe during projects
• Conduct pre-operational checks and maintenance
• Ensure trench meets safety and depth specifications
• Collaborate with team on pipe installations
• Promote safety and uphold company ethics
Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in road construction
• 5 years of Mainline Hoe operation
• Class 5 driver's license mandatory
• Class 1 or 3 license beneficial
• Physically fit to handle heavy lifting
