Reporting to Project Manager(s), this role demands a proactive approach in managing documentation, supporting trade relationships, and navigating the complexities of construction projects. You will also be responsible for adhering to QA/QC standards and Clark Builders' values while tracking project performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate project startup processes, including tendering

• Oversee project document control and compliance

• Assist in project inspections and owner training sessions

• Track productivity and monitor project performance

• Record and maintain meeting documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or related diploma in construction

• Prior experience in project coordination for construction

• Ability to interpret technical specifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities

• Valid driver’s license required
