Project Coordinator

Position: Full-Time Project Coordinator
Become a crucial part of Clark Builders as a Full-Time Project Coordinator in Yellowknife, NT. Coordinate construction projects and ensure objectives are met on time and safely.

As the Project Coordinator, you'll support Project Managers and Superintendents across all construction phases, including project initiation and closing. You'll manage documentation, assist with bid evaluations, and maintain communication plans while ensuring safety and efficiency. Your organizational skills will be vital for tracking progress and facilitating project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with tendering and bid evaluations

• Maintain project documentation including RFIs and submittals

• Track project progress against budgets and schedules

• Compile Operations and Maintenance manuals

• Coordinate inspections and finalize punch list items

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with Procore is an asset
