Creative Basics is hiring for two full-time openings in customer service. In this position, you will handle customer sales, receive orders via online and telephone, and prepare orders for customers. A valid driver's license is required, and you will be trained to lift and stock inventory effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in customer sales and service responsibilities

• Manage all order entries through different platforms

• Lift and stock inventory as required

• Prepare orders for shipping and delivery

• Provide departmental coverage when needed

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and receive training

• Must possess a valid driver's license

• Capability to lift items during shifts

• Prior experience in customer service is beneficial
