Elevate your career with a contract Customer Service Representative age customer orders while ensuring compliance and support internal operations effectively.
This is a 15-month contract position demanding an experienced Customer Service Representative. Key responsibilities include order processing in JDE, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring supply chain collaboration. You will handle complex order issues, maintain documentation, and uphold SOX compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer orders in JDE systems
• Resolve complex order issues per department guidelines
• Create documentation for sales orders effectively
• Maintain accuracy of sales orders and ship dates
• Coordinate with supply chain on order expectations
Requirements:
• Business Management degree or equivalent required
• Preferred 5 years of customer service experience
• Experience with JDE or similar ERP systems
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and documentation
• Strong understanding of manufacturing environments
