The successful candidate will bring 8+ years of Project Management experience to oversee complex, integrated design projects.
Your role will encompass the LEED certification process and project lifecycle management while ensuring a strategic focus on client expectations and sustainability practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate LEED certification and compliance processes
• Manage project execution across various stages
• Mentor junior Sustainability Consultants and team members
• Develop detailed sustainability proposals and scopes
• Monitor ongoing project activities for efficiency
Requirements:
• Accredited architectural or engineering degree required
• Minimum 8 years of Project Management expertise
• LEED AP BD+C certification is essential
• Knowledge of WELL AP or other sustainability credentials preferred
• Proficient in sustainable design practices and communication
