Position: Deputy Minister of Culture and Employment Services

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Education, Public Administration, or related field

• Leadership experience in public-sector organizations

• Proven ability to work with Indigenous and community partners

• Aptitude for managing complex political landscapes

• Familiarity with northern living and its challenges
