In this vital role under the Manager of Post-Secondary Programs, you will assist in delivering educational programs tailored for post-secondary learners. Your deep understanding of the NWT curriculum, alongside the Dene traditions, will guide your work in engaging partners and promoting academic success while upholding confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of post-secondary education programs

• Develop and implement effective curricula for courses

• Work collaboratively with community organizations

• Utilize various software and hardware for educational improvements

• Ensure clear communication while upholding confidentiality

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree focused on post-secondary education

• Five years of relevant experience in education

• Strong knowledge of Dene cultural practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Capacity to work autonomously in an office environment
