• Represent Sense Engineering professionally, building positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other consultants.
• Enhance your understanding of structural design and analysis, building science, life cycle analysis, and costing while sharing insights and lessons learned with the team.

• Assist in building evaluations, structural assessments, site reviews, and investigations.
• Support project coordination and contribute to successful project delivery.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless communication.
• Prepare evaluation reports, construction documents, and project proposals.
• Represent Sense at client meetings and other networking functions with a commitment to exceptional service standards.
• Other duties as assigned/required.

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Building Science, Restoration Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous co-op or internship experience in the engineering consulting field is a strong asset.
• Registered with or eligible for registration with a provincial engineering association (e.g., Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia, Professional Engineers Ontario).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Good working knowledge of MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail coupled with a client‑centric mindset.
• Team player eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to creative thinking and approaching challenges from fresh perspectives, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing within the organization.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Base Salary Range is $65,000 to $80000 (commensurate with experience).
• Position eligible for profit sharing bonuses based on company and individual performance, increasing the estimated total compensation range to $70,000 to $90,000.
