Join WSP's Ground Engineering team as a Laboratory Lead, where you will leverage 8–10 years of experience in geotechnical materials testing and project management.

Your role emphasizes continuous improvement, client relationship building, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will manage complex geotechnical projects from proposal to completion in a physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily geotechnical laboratory operations for quality testing

• Manage projects, budgets, and client relationships from start to finish

• Review and validate test data and field reports for compliance

• Drive growth of laboratory capabilities and service offerings

• Champion safety and quality standards across all operations

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent experience

• 8–10 years in geotechnical materials testing and project management

• Strong knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, and CSA standards

• Valid Canadian driver’s license with clean record

• Ability to lift 25 kg and work in challenging environments
