Tetra Tech is seeking a motivated Junior Geotechnical Engineer to join our Arctic Engineering team. This full-time, permanent position requires the candidate to be based in Yellowknife or willing to relocate. Work on evaluating geotechnical projects, particularly those involving foundations in permafrost, while collaborating with industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and evaluate geotechnical applications and foundations

• Prepare technical letters and evaluation reports

• Manage schedules, resources, and project budgets

• Communicate with clients and team members effectively

• Conduct field assignments and collect permafrost information

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or geological engineering

• Minimum 2 years of geotechnical engineering experience

• Familiarity with engineering design software

• Eligible for Professional Engineer registration in Northwest Territories

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with clean driving record
