Experienced Planner II

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate development permit applications with care

• Resolve zoning complaints and enforce by-law compliance

Requirements:

• University degree in urban and regional planning

• Minimum of four years of relevant experience

• Full membership in CIP or APPI preferred

• Skilled in ArcGIS and 3-D rendering

• Valid NWT Class 5 Driver's License
