Position: Team Member for Supported Living NWT
Support adults with disabilities as a Supported Living Team Member at Inclusion NWT, fostering community inclusion and personal growth every day. This role emphasizes collaborative care.

Inclusion NWT invites applications for the Supported Living Team Member position. This role provides hands-on assistance in daily living activities to promote independence and community engagement. Team members are essential in delivering services that adapt to each client's unique needs and development goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver client-centered care and daily support

• Assist in personal hygiene and grooming

• Guide clients in cooking and meal preparation

• Encourage participation in social and community activities

• Document client progress and communicate effectively with the team

Requirements:

• Experience with individuals with disabilities is preferred

• Minimum one year of related experience

• Valid class 5 driver’s license and current criminal record check

•

Certifications:

First Aid/CPR required

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
