The position focuses on drawing from data management trends and tools, while coordinating research in support of the HSS workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and implementation of recruitment initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with 4+ years experience

• Diploma with 6+ years human resources experience

• Master's degree with 2+ years experience in data management

• Knowledge of recruitment trends in health services

• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
