Positrace is looking for a Bilingual Technical Support Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in customer support. You will troubleshoot GPS-related issues for clients in Canada, the USA, and Mexico.
Experience with electronics and the ability to communicate complex information simply are essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers via phone and online for GPS support
• Diagnose GPS hardware and software problems efficiently
• Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly
• Keep detailed records of support activities
• Foster strong relationships through empathy and professionalism
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in helpdesk or technical support
• Solid electronics troubleshooting knowledge
• Proficient in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
• Strong initiative and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
