Position: Coordinator for Electronic Disclosure Management
Become the Electronic Disclosure and Data Coordinator with the Department of Justice in Yellowknife, playing a vital role in client data management and legal support initiatives. Ensure that client rights are protected through diligent information handling.

In this role, you will report to the Manager of Legal Aid Commission Program Support. Responsibilities vary from managing the receipt and distribution of confidential documentation to maintaining the Legal Aid Information Network. A solid grasp of criminal procedures is vital for correctly matching disclosures with legal representation in a time-sensitive manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee receipt, formatting, and secure distribution of client data

• Administer and enhance the Legal Aid Information Network

• Ensure data integrity through effective staff coaching

• Prepare reports for Justice Canada on legal services

• Collaborate with LAIN developer for issue resolution

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent

• At least two years in database design and management

• Proficiency in relevant data-related technologies

• Knowledge of criminal procedure and disclosures

• Capability to work under tight deadlines
