Ecommerce Data Analyst

Position: Ecommerce Data Analyst at Cozey
Transform ecommerce data into actionable insights as an Ecommerce Analyst ve decision-making and enhance performance across US, Canada, and Australia storefronts.

As a key member reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, you'll manage Cozey's reporting suite, perform funnel analysis, and measure experimentation success. This role demands expertise in web analytics tools and an understanding of customer behavior. Responsibilities include ensuring data accuracy and collaborating with tech and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build dashboards to track ecommerce performance metrics

• Analyze conversion rates and identify drop-off points

• Track and report on experiment KPIs and outcomes

• Ensure data accuracy through regular audits

• Optimize ecommerce based on SEO insights

Requirements:

• 3-4 years in e-commerce or digital analytics

• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Tableau

• Experience with A/B testing tools

• Strong SQL skills for data extraction

• Familiar with SEO tracking tools and AI workflows
