GIS Systems Specialist for City

As a GIS Systems Specialist, you will report to the Manager of Strategic Planning, Integration & Geospatial Services. You will provide critical technical support for the City's Enterprise GIS, across various corporate systems. Your responsibilities will include developing GIS databases, managing GIS applications, and ensuring seamless integration with other City software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for the Enterprise GIS

• Develop and maintain GIS databases and applications

• Oversee the integration of GIS with City systems

• Coordinate maintenance of GIS infrastructure

• Create dynamic mapping websites and tools

Requirements:

• University degree or diploma in Geography or relevant field

• Minimum five years in GIS project management

• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server

• Experience with FME and GIS data management

• Skilled in Python and web-based GIS development
