Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate devices; determine operational status and necessary repairs

• Maintain security of customer information during data wipes

• Conduct quality checks on refurbished electronics

• Keep work areas organized and adhere to protocols

• Provide support for additional technical projects as needed

Requirements:

• 6 months’ experience in technical environments

• Expertise in testing consumer electronics preferred

• Familiarity with privacy standards, including PIPEDA

• Detail-oriented and responsive to changing priorities

• Capable of lifting and moving 50 lbs regularly
