Support IT operations as the IT Coordinator at the Mackenzie Valley Land and Water Boards in Yellowknife, NT. This dedicated full-time role emphasizes system reliability and user support.
As the IT Coordinator, your responsibilities will include managing the IT infrastructure while ensuring maximum security and efficiency. You will provide technical assistance, manage IT vendors, and create policies to maintain continual improvement of IT services. Your participation will help elevate the organization’s ability to manage land and water resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and monitor IT systems and networks
• Provide technical support and training for users
• Enforce IT security protocols and manage access
• Liaise with external vendors for IT projects
• Support data management and organizational systems
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Information Technology or similar
• Minimum of 3 years in IT support and administration
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data management systems
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud services
• Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities
