Position: Senior NPI Process Development Engineer Role
Elevate fuel cell manufacturing processes with Bloom Energy as a Senior NPI Process Development Engineer in San Jose, CA. Focus on innovative process designs and materials development.

Reporting to the Director of Development Engineering, this on-site position emphasizes close collaboration with various teams. You will utilize your expertise to drive process improvements and facilitate the transition to high-volume manufacturing. Strong ownership and accountability are key attributes required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes for fuel cells

• Perform DOEs and process mapping for enhancements

• Analyze failures and characterize materials effectively

• Develop production equipment with engineering teams

• Prepare essential documentation for process transfer

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical or Materials Science Engineering

• 6-10 years in relevant development roles

• Proficient in DOE and JMP software

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Demonstrated experience in high-volume manufacturing
