Overview Shape bilingual health services as a Bilingual Services Coordinator with the Northwest Territories Health and Social Services Authority. Key Responsibilities Monitor and report on the effectiveness of French services
Coordinate Active Offer training for staff across regions
Identify appropriate bilingual personnel for client interactions
Facilitate communication for French‑speaking patients or clients
Ensure compliance with bilingual communication standards
Qualifications Bachelor's degree and three years of public sector experience
Proficiency in bilingual customer support and community engagement
Experience in administrative support and training coordination
Knowledge of health and social services legislation
Ability to track and report service performance metrics
Contribute to meaningful bilingual health service delivery with the Northwest Territories Health and Social Services Authority.
