In this vital role, you will report directly to the Facilities Manager and maintain world-class customer service standards. Take charge of leading a team of cleaners while managing schedules, overseeing work orders, and ensuring all cleaning tasks are meticulously completed. You'll play a key part in maintaining high cleanliness levels in common areas and residential suites, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of cleaners, coordinating daily schedules

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and vacant suites

• Address cleaning requests from residents

• Ensure a tidy environment free of trash and debris

• Assist with snow removal during winter months

Requirements:

• Self-motivated with proud work ethic

• Experience in challenging cleaning environments

• Proven leadership and teamwork coordination skills

• Legally able to lift 30 lbs and handle industrial cleaners
