Position: On-Site Maintenance Worker Role
Join our team as an On-Site Maintenance Worker and play a critical role in maintaining the facility’s integrity. This position necessitates hands-on responsibilities to ensure the workplace remains safe.

We are looking for a diligent On-Site Maintenance Worker to undertake essential maintenance tasks. While previous experience is advantageous, it is not strictly required. You'll manage various jobs, including equipment operation, repairs, and health inspections, all aimed at preserving the building's operational quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate vacuum cleaners to clear debris and refuse

• Perform minor repairs on heating and cooling systems

• Liaise with contractors for larger repair jobs

• Carry out cleanliness checks and safety inspections

• Clear snow and ice from pathways and parking areas

Requirements:

• Experience in maintenance preferred but not mandatory

• Ability to work autonomously
