Process Plant Operator at De Beers

Join De Beers as a Process Plant Operator at the Gahcho Kué Mine Site. This full-time role focuses on plant operations, diamond recovery, and upholding safety standards.

In this full-time position, you will report to the Process Plant Supervisor, working a 14-day rotation. Your main responsibilities include monitoring plant equipment, operating specialized machinery, and recording critical process data. Commitment to safety and adherence to environmental policies are crucial as you help maximize throughput and recovery during your shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate crushers, pumps, and recovery equipment

• Monitor plant systems for malfunctions

• Record and report process data accurately

• Maintain logs and reports for plant operations

• Support personnel movement through the Process Plant

Requirements:

• Experience with small mobile equipment

• Strong communication skills

• Commitment to Safety, Health, and Environmental standards

• Preference for local indigenous candidates if applicable

• Ability to work 14 days on, 14 days off
