You will also learn important bagging techniques to ensure effective wet lay-ups. This position requires you to work on rotating shifts and emphasizes attention to detail and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reinforce parts using composite materials in wet lay-up

• Measure materials accurately using metric tools

• Prepare parts for the curing process through bagging

• Ensure production orders are completed with full traceability

• Rework parts to correct any imperfections

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience with small tools like sanders and drills

• Knowledge of wet lay-ups is a plus

• Understanding of quality standards in manufacturing
