We are looking for a Primary Care Registered Nurse to provide primary health care to military members while enhancing their health outcomes. In this role, you will assess, screen, and educate patients, as well as support chronic disease management as part of a dedicated health care team. Your commitment will have a significant impact on the lives of those who have served.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and screen patients in Military Health Services
• Educate on chronic disease management strategies
• Provide health support and lifestyle guidance
• Collaborate on multidisciplinary care plans
• Conduct patient follow-up after assessments
Requirements:
• One year of experience in a healthcare setting
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing required
• Active Provincial Registered Nurse license
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers or CPR/AED Level C
• N95 mask fit certificate and WHMIS Certification
