As an HSE Advisor, you will engage with operations to ensure compliance with safety standards while delivering training and support on-site. With a background in HSE and strong interpersonal skills, you will enhance safety measures through audits and direct mentorship. Your work will positively impact local communities and the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on HSE support at remote project sites
• Conduct comprehensive safety inspections and audits
• Facilitate field-based training and coaching sessions
• Integrate HSE into project planning and execution
• Foster relationships with community stakeholders
Requirements:
• NCSO designation is mandatory
• Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience
• Ability to travel frequently and work in remote regions
• Knowledge of safety systems and regulatory frameworks
• Strong communication skills for team collaboration
