As a Retail Supervisor with Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services, you will oversee retail operations overseas for six months. This role demands compliance with health and safety regulations as well as managing daily store functions. Skills in team leadership, inventory management, and cash control are essential for enhancing the retail experience for CAF members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the retail team and manage daily operations

• Enforce health, safety, and security standards

• Conduct cash audits and reconcile transactions

• Maintain inventory levels and merchandise distribution

• Implement loss-prevention controls and support activities

Requirements:

• Combination of education, training, and experience

• Valid provincial driver’s license

• Canadian citizenship with a valid passport

• Experience in retail supervision and inventory management

• Ability to meet both operational and customer service needs
